Ahead of its scheduled launch tomorrow, Arknights developer Hypergryph’s premium RPG Ex Astris ($9.99) has officially launched on mobile a day early. If you’ve not kept up with it, Ex Astris brings a blend of real-time and turn-based combat to the fray. You play as an investigator entering the world of Allindo and going on an interstellar journey with your own team of companions who have their own powers and abilities. You will explore for materials, keys to become stronger, solve puzzles, and more. I’m interested to see how this one is balanced as a premium game. Ahead of today’s release, two new videos for Ex Astris were published on the game’s official YouTube channel. One is a gameplay showcase and the other is a launch trailer. Watch them both below:Ex Astris is priced at $9.99. The official Twitter account previously confirmed that the game will feature cross platform saves with the in-game account, but you will need to buy the game on both platforms obviously. If you’d like to play Ex Astris you can now buy it on the App Store for iOS here and on Google Play for Android here. You can also check out the official Ex Astris official English website here for more gameplay and story details. Hopefully the business model works out for the developers. I’ll be playing it this week once I pry myself away from Warframe on iOS and Balatro on Switch. What do you think of the gameplay shown above and do you play Arknights regularly?
